My role as Director of Operations for HCWH Europe enables me to work across all of the organisation’s teams to develop, implement and maintain efficient and scalable support systems to see HCWH Europe well into the future.
I am a chartered accountant (FCMA, CGMA) with over 35 years of experience in finance and operational leadership roles. I have been lucky enough to have worked in not only different industries and localities over the years but also different sized organisations. They all present their own unique challenges, cultures and constraints, but there is always scope for improvement. My speciality has always been in helping growing organisations achieve their potential by identifying and implementing process improvement whilst also ensuring effective control and without sacrificing innovation or culture!
I have always enjoyed music, DIY, cooking and also love to knit, crochet and sew. My dog helps me keep active, and we love to travel and camp with our motorbikes and look forward to one day heading off on an adventure across the globe! I am also a trustee and the treasurer for a UK-based charity called Mental Health Motorbike, combining two of my special interests.
