I provide technical support on infection, prevention and control within the first 1000 days initiative - building knowledge on sustainable methods of IPC. I am passionate about using preventative solutions to reduce healthcare-associated infections and AMR prevention across the ‘One Health’ approach.
I have experience in supporting IPC programme development at the national and international levels, with a focus on IPC in humanitarian and health systems strengthening. A nurse by background, I completed my MSc in International Public Health from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and a PgD in Infection Control from the University of Dundee.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening and anything related to caring for plants. I have an interest in music and like to play the guitar and piano (albeit badly!)
