My key responsibilities at HCWH Europe include leading the organisation of training and educational activities and coordinating research and data collection to support the implementation of practical projects in the healthcare sector (transition to reusable textiles, phase-out of PVC, toxic chemicals, and unnecessary single-use plastics, etc.).

In addition to a master's degree in international relations from Kyiv Slavonic University in Ukraine, I completed a number of educational courses that have altogether contributed to my professional development, such as transition management, facilitator courses, zero waste training, circular design training, plastic-free education, and mental health support in the NGO sector. In some of these, I became a trainer afterwards.

I have over seven years' experience in running a social enterprise, consulting, and managing an environmental NGO with numerous projects and teams in Ukraine, as well as an alliance of NGOs. Our work ranged from educational projects in waste prevention, circular economy, and design to advocacy and campaigning against polluting companies.

I love being outside and connecting with nature through hiking, cold sea swimming, and gardening. I like to read paper books and share and discuss what I’ve learned with others. And most of all, I love spending time with my friends and family.
