HCWH Europe’s publication The role of chemistry in sustainable medical textiles provides a concise overview of current materials and chemicals used in the manufacturing process of medical textiles (with a focus on healthcare and hygiene products).
The report also provides recommendations for manufacturers, the healthcare sector and policy-makers: the main stakeholders that we believe need to work in synergy to bridge the current gaps.
